Salome was the daughter of Půta z Častolovic and Anna z Koldic. The date and place of her birth have not been found.

She died in 1489. The place is not known.

Her husband was Wilhelm von Troppau-Münsterberg, who she married in ABT 1435. The place has not been found. Their five known children were Friedrich (c1440-c1470), Katarzina (c1443-1505), Wenzel IV (c1445-1474), Anna (c1448-1515) and Przemko III (c1450-1493).
