Eufemia was born about 1260 in Dobrzyn Nad Wisla, Bydgsz, Poland, the daughter of Kazimierz I Kujawski and Eufrozyna Opolska.

She died on 18 MAR 1308 in Halych (Галич, Halicz), Ivano-Frankivsk, Ukraine (formerly in Galicia-Volhynia) .

Her husband was Yuriy I von Halicz, who she married in BEF 1300. The place has not been found. Their four known children were Anastasia (1296-1364/65), Maria (<1293-1341), Andrei (?-1323) and Lev II (?-?).
