Elizabeth was born on 25 OCT 1338 in Croxton Abbey, Leicestershire, England, the daughter of sir John de Segrave and Margaret Plantagenêt.

She died before 1368 in Epworth, Isle Axholme, Lincolnshire, England.

Her husband was John de Mowbray, who she married on ABT 25 MAR 1349. The place has not been found. Their five known children were Margaret (c1360-<1401), Joan (c1363-1402), Eleanor Margaret (<1364-<1417), sir John (1365-<1383) and Thomas (1367-1399).
