Anabel was born in 1322 in Haydock, Warrington, Lancashire, England, the daughter of Gilbert III de Haydock but her mother is unknown.
She died about 1390. The place is not known.
Her husband was sir Geoffrey de Worsley, who she married in BEF 1382. The place has not been found. Their two known children were Alice (c1352-1427) and Geoffrey (c1345-1385).
