Alice was born about 1260 in Clan Fenton, East Lothian, Scotland, the daughter of John de Fenton but her mother is unknown.
Her husband was sir Henry Sinclair. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their three known children were Margaret (c1332-c1418), William (1283->1325) and John (?-1330).
